Upward Basketball and Cheerleading is for Boys and Girls K4 (4 year olds) - 6th Grade.

Games will be played on Saturday’s in January and February 2026 at Niota School. There is one practice each week. The night of practice will be dependent on the coach of your child’s team.

You can register online beginning October 1st, but we will still need your child to come by one of our evaluations on either Friday, November 7th between 6pm-8pm or Saturday, November 8th between 9am-12pm at Niota School for their skills assessment. By registering online, you will be able to pay by credit or debit card and this will also expedite the evaluation process.

Both Basketball and Cheerleaders can register in person at one of the evaluations dates but you will be required to pay by cash or check. Cheerleaders that register online are not required to attend one of the evaluations.

The cost for Basketball is $70 per player and includes a jersey. Shorts are optional for an additional $12.

The cost for Cheerleading is $70 per participant and includes uniform. Mock Turtlenecks are optional for an additional $12.
